Summer Fitness Schedule
Starting June 15th The Medical Spa at Nova has new fitness classes starting. Two of our new classes include Nova Boot Camp and Tai Chi.

Nova Boot Camp: A great start to a great day, Nova Boot Camp gets your body and mind off to a healthy, happy start. Offered at 5:45 am on Monday and Wednesday’s and at 6:00am on Tuesday and Friday’s it is a comprehensive fitness class designed for all levels and ages. The classes incorporate medicine balls, hand weights, tubing, stability balls and more.

Each class may include cardiovascular training, yoga, Pilate’s, strength and core training, working to improving your total bodies health and well-being.

Workouts will take place both outside and inside, weather depending. Each class is a maximum of five students, guaranteeing personal attention allowing you to make the most of your work-out!

Tai Chi: This classic Chinese exercise focuses on meditation and balance. The specific movements increase students balance, muscle control and decrease stress. Offered on Wednesday mornings, we have three classes available: Beginner, Advanced and Tia Chi for Seniors.
