Proudly serving Northern Virginia since 1991, Nova Urgent Care provides the community with high quality, cost effective, walk-in medical care, seven days a week. With convenient locations in Ashburn, Sterling, Leesburg, and Warrenton, Nova Urgent Care Centers are extremely accessible and an excellent alternative to hospital emergency rooms when medical care is needed immediately for non life-threatening illnesses. No appointment is ever necessary, and a copy of the medical encounter is always sent directly to your primary care physician to aid in the continuity of your care.

Dedicated to providing our patients with personalized, exceptional care, Nova's highly trained and certified medical providers treat walk-in patients of all ages for a fraction of the cost or wait time spent in an emergency room setting. In fact, a recent study conducted by HealthCore states that patients can save between $50 to $400 in out-of-pocket costs per visit if they'd skip the emergency room and head to an urgent care for minor illnesses and injuries. Additionally, we participate with most insurance carriers.
