Founded in 1988 by Dr. Grace Keenan, Nova Medical & Urgent Care Center, Inc. is the largest integrative primary care practice in Loudoun County with locations in Ashburn, Sterling, Leesburg, and Warrenton. A fifth office in Gainesville is scheduled to open in June 2012.  Combining conventional and complementary medicine, Nova Medical Group minimizes the need to seek multiple doctors and is dedicated to providing its patients with comprehensive, cost effective and sensitive care. Nova Urgent Care provides the community cost effective, walk-in medical care, seven days a week.
