Payment Policy

Nova Medical Group participates with most major insurance carriers. Participating insurance companies may be billed directly for services covered by your plan if we are provided with the insurance information at the time services are rendered.

For your convenience, you can now pay your medical bills online using our new Patient Portal. Simply create an account or login to your existing account and select "Pay My Bill Online." You can also request prescription refills, lab results, and appointments using the Patient Portal.

Our patient account representative is available to assist you and answer any questions at 703.554.1120, Monday through Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. You can also email our billing department using the Patient Portal and a representative will get back to you as soon as possible.
