Infrared Sauna
An Infrared Sauna is located in each of our locker rooms and is available to our clients. For those patients on a detoxification program recommended by the naturopathic physician, sauna treatments may be purchased in packages. The sauna yields many health benefits including stress reduction and pain relief. It can also aid in weight loss and improve the skin's condition.
