If you are a client and this is your first time scheduling online or you have simply forgotten, please call the spa at 703.554.1130 to obtain your ID number and password.
Due to the special attention required when booking some of our services and packages, some appointments are unable to be scheduled online, including our Laser Hair Removal services and spa packages. If you do not see the service you wish to schedule or your preferred technician is not listed, please contact our front desk team at 703.554.1130 for assistance.
If you’d prefer not to use our on-line appointment system, please call us during normal business hours, or complete the form below. Our team will be happy to personally schedule your services and answer any questions you may have.

To secure your privacy and confidentiality, you must first receive your client ID and a temporary password from the spa. After you log on, please update your client file and change your password if desired.
Step to scheduling an appointment online:
Disable your Pop-Up-Blocker If using Internet Explorer, it must be the latest version (6.0 or higher). Windows XP and personal firewall settings must allow viewing of the login page.

Step to scheduling an appointment online:
- Log in with your ID and password we provided.
- Select the ”Book Appointments” tab from the top of the page.
- Select the desired service, employee and the date range for the services you are requesting, and then select the “Find Available Appointments” button at the bottom of the page. We recommend that when searching for opens of the current day that you call the spa directly.
- Review the available openings and select the one that works best for you. Here you are also able to enter any special requests or information. Once you have picked your appointment time select the “book” button.
- Please print your confirmation number, one will be emailed to the address saved on your client file.
